陈磊，男，汉族，中共党员，安徽省太和县人，1982年8月出生。博士，高级工程师，硕士生导师，曾从事辅导员工作、担任学院团委书记等职务。现主要从事煤矿充填开采、工业工程等方面的科研、教学及实验室管理工作，主讲本科生课程2门（《工业技术经济学》、《人因工程学》），研究生课程1门（《现代人因工程》）。近三年，获得校教学成果奖一等奖1项，主持或参与各类科研项目8项，主持或参与教学改革、实践教学条件建设项目7项，发表学术论文20余篇，获授权发明或实用新型专利5项。

Bored in 1982,Anhui, China,L.Chenreceived his BA, MA and PhD at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in2005,2008and2017. He served as a Senior Engineer at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) since 2017,and worked as anInstructorand aSecretary of the Youth League Committeeof College of Resources and Safety Engineering, CUMTB, during 2008 and 2013.
Chenhas experience withbackfill mining incoalmining engineering,human factors engineeringinindustrial engineering. Chenteaches two undergraduate courses(Industrial Technology Economicsand HumanFactorsEngineering)and one postgraduate course(Modern Human Factor Engineering).ChenreceivedTeaching Achievement Awardof CUMTB in 2018.
